  • You do not want the product, but the item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and returned at your expense.

  • Your order is delayed or held at customs, or affected by exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, customs delays).
  • More than 14 days have passed since the delivery date.

3. Return Process

  • Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.
  • We recommend using tracked shipping or shipping insurance for returns; we are not responsible for lost returns.
